The Ministerial Staff of Higher Heights are called by God to preach the gospel of Christ and assist with new converts to affirm their commitment to God and to ministry. They must preach/teach the Word of God as they surrender their will to God’s will. They must preach for souls and not personal gain and be disciplined and accountable to God and the senior leadership.

​

The Ministers are responsible to assist Bishop and Pastor in expediting services, administering communion to the sick and shut-in and assisting in ceremonial services.

​

The ministers are full of the Holy Ghost. They are tithers, credible with a good reputable character; faithful in attendance and prayer, possessing a teachable spirit and being loyal to ministry. The Ministers love God and His people.
